1.分子生物学领域:运用基因克隆、载体构建、转基因遗传材料获得、代

谢组分分析等一系列分子生物学技术成功地从水稻、苹果、尾虎兰等植物材料中分离得到糖基转移酶基因,并通过体内外实验证明这些糖基转移酶能够糖基化修饰细胞分裂素、黄酮类化合物等一系列药用成分。

2. 生物制药领域:从天然药用植物中提取有用成分,将其作用于癌症细胞或患癌模型小鼠,检测天然产物药用活性,为将来抗癌药物的制备奠定理论与实践基础;运用化学合成的方法修饰天然化合物,将其作用于植物或动物中,观察植物或动物生长发育特性,再运用生物信息学和分子生物学等技术手段,寻找修饰后天然化合物作用靶点和作用机制。
